Ahelon is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

About the team and the job

If you have 4+ years of experience setting growth strategy and leading ongoing execution across growth marketing channels, we’d love to meet you.

This is a client-owner role focused on growth strategy, client management and delivery ownership. You will own the day-to-day partnership with clients, define a growth strategy, and drive delivery through a team of specialists across advertising, SEO, CRO, analytics, content, and marketing automation.

You are accountable for measurable outcomes, not just deliverables. You don’t need to execute everything hands-on, but you must know what “great” looks like, how to diagnose problems, and how to steer specialists toward impact.

Ideally, you bring deep expertise in at least one core performance area (paid advertising, marketing automation/CRM, SEO, CRO, analytics), and you can confidently lead integrated plans across the rest.
We work with a mix of clients (lead generation, e-commerce, B2B, and startups). Experience in B2B and startups (longer funnels, lead quality, sales alignment) is an advantage.

You set clear priorities, connect the dots across channels, and guide execution from start to finish. You lead clients through decisions, hold the line on scope, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and profitable.

Your qualifications

  • Agency or consulting experience on multi-market or global projects.
  • B2B/startup experience: lead generation, MQL/SQL alignment, CRM workflows, nurture sequences, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Experience optimizing for lead quality, pipeline, and revenue outcomes (not just volume metrics).
  • Hands-on experience with six-figure monthly budgets (ad spend and/or performance programs).
  • Experience designing experimentation frameworks (hypotheses, test plans, readouts, learning loops).

Bonus points

  • Agency or consulting experience on multi-market or global projects.

Your day-to-day

Strategy and growth planning

  • Lead discovery phase, diagnose the situation, define the growth problem, and translate it into a clear plan.
  • Define goals, KPIs, scope, and priorities with the client
  • Identify the biggest leverage points: messaging/offers, audiences, funnel, creative, landing pages, automation, retention.
  • Design integrated full-funnel strategies across channels and align specialists around key direction.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and process improvements and turn them into practical advantage for clients.

Project and delivery management

  • Turn strategy into a clear project roadmap: initiatives, owners, timelines, and expected impact.
  • Delegate effectively and coordinate specialists across ads, SEO, CRO, analytics, automation, and content.
  • Track performance, run experiments, optimize, and ensure work quality.
  • Manage scope and profitability: prevent scope creep, align deliverables, and propose changes when needed.
  • Keep projects on time, within scope, and outcome-focused.

Client and stakeholder management

  • Own client communication: agendas, action items, decisions, follow-ups, etc.
  • Deliver and present clear reports and actionable insights.

Collaboration and internal contribution

  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Support learning and knowledge-sharing across teams.
  • Contribute to pitches and proposals with strategy, scope, and strong reasoning.
  • Mentor and support team members on the assigned projects.
