Currently, we have open positions in our Digital Advertising Team, which focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through expert advice and the implementation of performance-driven digital advertising strategies and tactics.

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist, a person responsible for helping our clients achieve their business goals by crafting digital advertising strategies and managing campaigns.

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with digital advertising projects (focus on Google and Meta ads)
  • BA or MA degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of marketing models and frameworks
  • Good knowledge of tracking and analytics (focus on Google Analytics)
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Good people management and teamwork skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic client servicing skills
  • Basic mentoring skills

Bonus points

  • Proven track record of working in lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B
  • Experience working at a marketing agency or a startup
  • Experience working on international campaigns or regional projects
  • Experience working on campaigns with large budgets

Your day-to-day

  • Independently managing small to medium-sized projects; and participating as a team member in large-scale projects.
  • Independently organizing own work, which includes defining and planning tasks and activities, setting priorities, and maintaining communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independently implementing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Independently monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on analysis of results, as well as generating performance reports.
  • Leading client meetings and coordinating project workflows.
  • Collaborating with other Ahelon teams and cross-departmental teams within Degordian group.
  • Providing mentorship to project team members.
  • Educating clients and delivering performance reports.
  • Participating in pitches to secure new clients.
  • Preparing estimates for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Providing client consultations and expanding the scope of digital advertising projects.
  • Engaging in the development of digital advertising strategies.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in digital advertising and recommending process improvements within the department.
  • Exploring new tools and methodologies in digital marketing.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new digital advertising team members.
  • Promoting digital advertising services through educational initiatives, blog content, and related activities.
