That’s why we’re searching for a Client Success Assistant, an early-career professional eager to learn, support our client-facing work, and grow into a strong client success professional over time.

We operate as a sub-brand powered by Degordian, a digital-first agency with over 100 colleagues across Zagreb, Belgrade, Mostar, and New York, helping businesses advance to the next level.

Our core team currently consists of six members based in the Zagreb office, and we collaborate daily with colleagues from other Degordian teams. As our Client Success Assistant, you will work closely with our Client Success & Growth Lead and the rest of the team on a wide range of client and internal projects. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn, contribute to meaningful projects across various industries, and develop their skills over time as part of our client success team.

You’ll support the coordination and execution of employer branding projects while gaining exposure to diverse companies and markets. Our team collaborates with clients such as Orbico Group, Coca-Cola HBC Adria, Badel 1862, Erste Bank Serbia, Croatia Control, Studenac Market, Aminess Hotels & Resorts and many others – operating in Croatia, the wider region, and European markets. Your qualifications

Since this is a junior role, we don’t expect extensive experience – but we are looking for someone who has the right potential, mindset, and fundamentals.

Required:

  • BA/MA degree (or ongoing studies in final year)
  • Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C2) and English (B2–C1), written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, cooperative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn about project management, client communication, and employer branding
  • Basic understanding of social media, digital and offline channels
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus points

  • Previous internship or student work in a marketing, communications or agency environment
  • Basic understanding of project workflows, coordination, or client-facing work

Your day-to-day

As our Client Success Assistant, you will support client projects and internal coordination by working closely with more experienced team members on the following tasks:

  • Coordination of smaller, less complex projects with guidance and support from your mentor
  • Preparing presentation materials, documents, and supporting assets for client meetings
  • Participating in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions
  • Assisting senior team members in managing client communications
  • Helping track project progress, deliverables, deadlines, and agreements
  • Taking meeting minutes and ensuring action items are clearly followed through
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, contracts, and pitch documentation
  • Coordinating internally with designers, copywriters, strategists, video production teams, and other specialists
  • Assisting in preparation and coordination of shootings and photo sessions
  • Collecting and organizing materials needed for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Supporting the Client Success & Growth Lead in daily tasks and coordination
