Luppa is a digital tool intended for organizations that wish to gather valuable data on employee satisfaction and engagement in order to better understand the needs of their employees, reduce turnover, and detect possible pain points on time. We’re a product-based IT company on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to propel our growth and expand our market presence. To accommodate our continued growth, we’ve decided to expand our Zagreb-based team.

We’re looking for the right fit for our team to help boost sales, provide exceptional customer service during the sales process and raise brand awareness. This involves identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads, assessing the needs of potential clients, recommending product features that would best fit them, preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating sales and service renewal contracts.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, communicative, and ambitious — willing to learn and improve their skills in an exciting and agile environment.
