We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated team player who will join our Luppa team and help us represent our brand, with the main focus being on delivering sales pitches and negotiating contracts.

About the team and the job

Luppa is a product-based company created by Degordian — a digital-first agency that helps businesses advance to the next level.

Luppa is a digital tool intended for organizations that wish to gather valuable data on employee satisfaction and engagement in order to better understand the needs of their employees, reduce turnover, and detect possible pain points on time. We’re a product-based IT company on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to propel our growth and expand our market presence. To accommodate our continued growth, we’ve decided to expand our Zagreb-based team.

This involves identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads, assessing the needs of potential clients, recommending product features that would best fit them, preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating sales and service renewal contracts.

Your qualifications

  • BA or MA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on IT products or solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experience working in Hubspot, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C2) and English language (C1), both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively 
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Professional, passionate, and results-driven mindset
  • Interest in product innovation and development
  • Interest in the field of employee satisfaction and engagement

Bonus points

  • Experience in working with employee satisfaction or HRIS tools
  • Experience in B2B sales within the HR industry (especially HR SaaS) and startups
  • Background in HR and existing network of contacts within the HR community

Your day-to-day

  • Actively searching for new clients and identifying sales opportunities through cold e-mailing, attending industry events, networking, and using other marketing strategies
  • Independently conducting sales meetings, and collaborating with team members on larger deals when needed
  • Managing clients throughout the entire sales process, including scheduling meetings, sending materials, proposals, and contracts
  • Supporting sales team in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Communicating with potential clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing information about the product
  • Preparing and delivering offers and proposals to clients, and participating in negotiations regarding terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Working towards sales targets set by the company – including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Managing and updating the client and prospect database
  • Participating in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations used by the sales team during client meetings or promotional activities
  • Monitoring the market, competition, and industry trends, and informing the team about insights, new opportunities, and potential challenges
  • Continuously tracking market and industry trends to better understand client needs and adapt the sales approach accordingly
  • Coordinating with other departments (such as Marketing or Product development) to ensure cohesion throughout the sales process
  • Preparing sales performance reports and other relevant analyses for management
  • Collaborating with team members on various tasks as needed
  • Assisting colleagues with other tasks when necessary and contributing to joint projects
