As cliché as it sounds, people truly matter here. We really do try hard to give people a reason to stay at the company, to provide them chances to develop into better experts and better people, feeling satisfied with their work. In short, we want to foster a healthy company culture with loyal, engaged employees rather than cogs in the wheel.

We are a six-time recipient of the Best Employer award based on a nationwide employee survey, so it seems like the effort pays off.

To identify room for growth, we used our Luppa tool for tracking and analyzing employee satisfaction and engagement, a product that helps HR and leadership make better, informed decisions. We also like to be transparent, so we publicly showed what it’s like to work at the Degordian Group. If you want to see how satisfied our employees are, check out this link!
