After quickly mastering WordPress backend development, I sought new challenges and embraced every project that came to our development team — from custom website features to hardware development for clients. HOW WE FIND THE RIGHT FIT

Phone or Email Screening

We start with a friendly conversation to learn more about the candidate’s background, expectations, and interest in the role. It’s also a chance for them to ask questions and get to know us better.

Psychological & Technical Testing

We usually conduct assessments before interviews, as we believe tests offer a more objective view of a candidate’s knowledge, expertise, and values.
For each position, we select a set of tests tailored to assess the skills and traits essential for that specific role.

Interviews

During interviews we want candidates to feel involved, not scrutinized. Our goal is to understand and get to know them while giving them an honest and clear picture of what it’s like to be part of Degordian.

Job Offers & Feedback

Job offers are reviewed in person, covering all aspects of working at Degordian, including benefits. We also provide feedback to candidates who don’t advance and welcome their input on our selection process.

FAQ

We offer different work models depending on the position and the nature of the role. When advertising open positions, we always specify which work arrangements are available.

Some roles allow for full remote work, which tends to be the best fit for positions in design, development, and performance marketing teams. While we highly value in-person collaboration, if the role allows and we find the right person, full remote is absolutely an option.

The hiring process usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, from posting the position to final offer acceptance.

Yes! If you’ve applied for one of our roles in the past, you’re welcome to apply again! Just keep in mind that each application is treated as a fresh start, and you’ll go through all stages of the selection process alongside new candidates.

Motivation letters are not mandatory, but we do value them — they help us gain a broader understanding of the candidate, their motivation, and how their specific experiences connect to the role. A well-written letter can give deeper context to the information in your CV.

Yes! Our interns are considered a part of the team, and some end up becoming full-time employees. So, if you’re a student interested in gaining work experience, keep an eye out for new hirings.
