I started my career as a Community Management Intern, a job position that required collaboration with most of the other departments, which helped me figure out what I wanted to do later in life. Company culture allowed me to freely express my desired career path, while mentors and team leads created opportunities for me to pursue it. As a result, I advanced in my career both horizontally and vertically, and here I am today, doing what I realized would be my dream job years ago.
Degordian has been my place of possibilities. It’s where I met people I could learn from, where I gained tools to better understand advertising — and most importantly, where I found a sense of safety. Because when you’re in a safe space, you’re not afraid to fail. And when you’re not afraid to fail, it’s easier to be brave. That foundation continues to influence how I build ideas today.
I joined Degordian as a Junior Web Developer (despite being practically the oldest on the team). After quickly mastering WordPress backend development, I sought new challenges and embraced every project that came to our development team — from custom website features to hardware development for clients. That hands-on approach gave me a unique perspective and helped me grow into the role of Development Lead. It’s been a wild ride, and I’m excited to see what’s next.
I still remember my first day at Degordian; I immediately felt at home. My curiosity was always encouraged, allowing me to grow from Social Media Intern to Account and Project Manager, and ultimately to CEO of Enstring Agency. What sets Degordian apart is the genuine support, understanding, and warmth. These qualities have kept me inspired and passionate about my work and team for over a decade.
I joined Degordian near the end of my college education, with barely any experience in digital marketing. I was drawn to their energy, curiosity, and positivity. This is where I learned the true meaning of cooperation and knowledge-sharing, where I was given opportunities to show (and realize myself) what I have to offer. As years have passed, I’ve changed a lot of roles, and I was delighted to see that every change made sense not only for my growth but also for the company’s goals and progress.
I joined Degordian in 2018, right after quitting college, just knowing I wanted to be here. Started at the front desk, blinked a few times, and suddenly I was leading a team. After building it up, I decided it was time for a plot twist – so I jumped into account management to start all over again. Along the way, I was trusted, heard, and given room to grow (and mess up). Degordian lets you evolve with people who’ve got your back.

We offer different work models depending on the position and the nature of the role. When advertising open positions, we always specify which work arrangements are available.
Some roles allow for full remote work, which tends to be the best fit for positions in design, development, and performance marketing teams. While we highly value in-person collaboration, if the role allows and we find the right person, full remote is absolutely an option.
The hiring process usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, from posting the position to final offer acceptance.
Yes! If you’ve applied for one of our roles in the past, you’re welcome to apply again! Just keep in mind that each application is treated as a fresh start, and you’ll go through all stages of the selection process alongside new candidates.
Motivation letters are not mandatory, but we do value them — they help us gain a broader understanding of the candidate, their motivation, and how their specific experiences connect to the role. A well-written letter can give deeper context to the information in your CV.
Yes! Our interns are considered a part of the team, and some end up becoming full-time employees. So, if you’re a student interested in gaining work experience, keep an eye out for new hirings.
