About the team and the job
Boiler is a 360-creative agency developed from Degordian’s Brand Communication unit. It represents an evolution, introducing a range of traditional marketing services to complement Degordian’s digital offerings. Boiler positions itself at the intersection of these two worlds, fully integrating solutions and offering clients comprehensive creative services with maximum ROI.
Boiler will offer top-notch services in the following areas: creative, content, design, and digital.
We are one large creative hub, consisting of account managers, project managers, copywriters, creative strategists, social media and PR managers, and graphic designers. Our team is super motivated and ambitious and plans to bring the most progressive creative approach to our clients and leave a mark in the industry. Our core team currently consists of 30 members based in our offices in Zagreb.
The main focus of our Social Media Team is to create social media strategies that build happy online communities, engage fans with awesome posts and help brands have an ongoing conversation with their users. We’re looking for a new member ready to take on the creative but responsible job of being the voice of various brands.
The ideal candidate has proven experience working with clients across different industries and knows how to translate a brief into impactful, tailored social media strategies. They understand the bigger picture of social media within the broader digital marketing landscape and are highly organized, expertly managing their time while actively making room for self-education.
We need a colleague who thrives in an open-feedback culture, knowing both how to receive and give constructive feedback and is genuinely driven to grow professionally as a strategist, mentor, and team member.
