Degordian is an always curious strategic-creative digital agency.

The Degordian Digital Production team currently has over 20 members and is constantly growing. UX/UI Designers, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, QA Testers and Project Managers all work together to create effective online solutions and push boundaries. We are working on a variety of projects for different clients, and the jobs keep coming and coming.
Right now we’re searching for a person who isn’t afraid to try new things or be around other developers (it’s not that bad, or so they claim), who would enjoy mentoring junior members of the team and is always eager to discuss how to do something even better. If you think of yourself as someone who likes to constantly improve your skills, grow as a developer, and help others achieve their full potential, we would definitely like to meet you! 🙂

Your qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on coding experience with responsive websites, using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES5+)
- Experience with JS frameworks, such as React/Preact and their frameworks Nuxt/Next
- Experience building e-commerce websites (Shopify, Woocommerce)
- Experience with state management Redux/Recoil/Hookstate
- Experience with GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with SASS, GIT and module bundlers (npm, webpack, Vite)
- Advanced browser testing and debugging skills
- Experience working with UX/UI designers and developers
- Pixel-perfect mindset capable of producing high-quality code
- Good critical thinking skills (on design and usability)
- Good teamwork and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2) and Serbian (C2) language, both written and spoken
Bonus points
- BA in technical science
- Hands-on experience with JS libraries like GSAP, Konva, PixiJS, ThreeJS, SwiperJS
- Hands-on experience with some other CMS (Contentful, Hubspot, …)
- Experience with CSS framework Tailwind
Your day-to-day
- Developing stunning websites, webshops and user friendly web apps for cool brands
- Developing new features, maintaining and improving existing websites
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Mentoring junior developers
- Collaborating with other developers, designers and project managers
- Testing code for supported browsers and devices
- Working and experimenting with trending technologies
