We are looking for a person who views social media and PR as a way of life, follows trends from the region and the world, and thinks about how to actively implement them in the strategies of clients they lead. Also, we are looking for a person who moves people, guides them, and with their knowledge, encourages them to be better at what they do.

About the team and the job

Boiler is a 360-creative agency developed from Degordian’s Brand Communication unit. It represents an evolution, introducing a range of traditional marketing services to complement Degordian’s digital offerings. Boiler positions itself at the intersection of these two worlds, fully integrating solutions and offering clients comprehensive creative services with maximum ROI.
Boiler will offer top-notch services in the following areas: creative, content, design, and digital.
We are one large creative hub, consisting of account managers, project managers, copywriters, creative strategists, social media and PR managers, and graphic designers. Our team is super motivated and ambitious and plans to bring the most progressive creative approach to our clients and leave a mark in the industry. Our core team currently consists of 30 members based in our offices in Zagreb and Belgrade.

The main focus of our Social Media and PR Team is to create social media strategies that build happy online communities, engage fans with awesome posts and help brands have an ongoing conversation with their users. We’re looking for a new member ready to take on the creative but responsible job of being the voice of various brands.

The person we’re searching for is a social media enthusiast who truly loves all things social and enjoys working with people, while also mentoring younger team members. That person should have experience working with clients and enjoy creating social media strategies for different brands/industries according to the client’s brief, but also understand the bigger picture and continuously learn about social media as a facet of digital marketing.

We’re searching for an organized individual who can manage time and tasks and always leave room for independent self-education on social media subjects. A person who is open to feedback, knows how to give feedback and wants to grow professionally, as well as a colleague.

Your qualifications

  • BA or MA degree (preferably marketing, communications or digital marketing)
  • 3+ years of work on similar positions
  • Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C2) and English language (B2), both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Experience in working with influencers and creating PR campaigns (media buying)
  • Experience in digital advertising, especially with Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience working with Ads Manager
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Experience working with clients
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects
  • Experience in creating social media and digital advertising reports
  • Experience in working with Google Drive
  • Excellent organizational skills

Your day-to-day

  • Supervision and review of dedicated social media channels with the aim of responding to user comments/inquiries in a timely manner and in order to maintain the agreed communication strategy of the brand 
  • Creation of monthly content plans for social media channels for dedicated (medium and large) clients with assigned social media intern 
  • Organization and coordination of content photoshoots for social media channels for dedicated clients and mentoring social media interns to perform that part of the job
  • Organization and coordination of additional social media, PR, and influencer activities for dedicated clients
  • Promotion and optimization of published content according to a predetermined budget – sponsoring of posts through Ads Manager 
  • Creation of social media, PR, and influencer activities reports for dedicated clients with improvement suggestions for the upcoming period
  • Project planning, defining and tracking timelines, budgets and KPIs for dedicated clients
  • Social media analysis – research of competitor brands and suggesting improvements for dedicated clients and other teams clients
  • Influencer analysis – research proposal of appropriate influencers for activations/giveaways as part of SM projects
  • PR market analysis – research and analysis of media outlet for a specific brand and given market 
  • Creation of a media plan related to the lease of media on portals, radio, OOH and communication with the media
  • Creation of social media, influencer marketing and PR strategies independently/as a team
  • Cooperation and daily communication with clients, external collaborators, agencies and internal teams 
  • Researching and monitoring innovations and trends in the industry, sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues through educations and applying them in practice
  • Optimization and monitoring of internal processes
  • Promotion of the team
