About the team and the job

We’re seeking someone with 5+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ads who thrives on running and scaling performance marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a strategic advertising manager who can take ownership of client projects and deliver real, measurable results (e.g., sales and leads), both directly or through a team. Our ideal teammate communicates clearly, both in writing and in meetings, values team collaboration, and brings a positive mindset focused on learning, improving, and growing together. Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google and Meta ads
  • Solid understanding of business and marketing models and frameworks
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to mentor and support team members on a project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in client communication and collaboration
  • Good and confident presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

Bonus points

  • Proven track record of working in lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B
  • Experience working on global campaigns or regional projects
  • Experience working at a marketing agency
  • Experience managing campaigns with large budgets (over six figures per month)

Your day-to-day

Project & Campaign Management

  • Manage large and medium advertising projects, independently or through a team
  • Plan and organize your own and the team’s project tasks
  • Run campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others
  • Monitor results, optimize campaigns, and report on performance

 

Collaboration

  • Set priorities and maintain clear communication with clients and teams
  • Lead meetings and coordinate project workflows
  • Educate clients and present performance results
  • Offer strategic advice to support client growth
  • Contribute to pitches and assist with estimates
  • Collaborate with Ahelon and Degordian teams
  • Mentor team members on projects

 

Strategy & Innovation

  • Create comprehensive advertising strategies
  • Follow industry trends and suggest improvements
  • Test new tools and advertising methods
  • Promote our services through blogs and educational content
