Enstring is an HR-first agency that listens to and empowers HR departments. We are a sub-brand powered by Degordian, a digital-first agency with over 100 colleagues across Zagreb, Belgrade, Mostar, and New York, helping businesses advance to the next level.
Our core team currently consists of four members based in our Zagreb office, but we work and collaborate with many colleagues working in different Degordian sub-brands. We have a great working atmosphere and even better internal jokes, and if we need to point out our greatest strength we would go for – finding the best GIFs on the internet.
We are currently looking for a Content Creator to work closely with our team. Their primary responsibility would be to develop engaging content across multiple platforms, supporting our clients’ employer branding and monthly content plans.
As our Content Creator you would be responsible for writing copy, social media posts, internal newsletters, and other forms of content as needed, as well as creating visuals for each, all based on previously defined visual identity and templates. While we don’t expect you to be a professional-level designer, we do need someone comfortable producing day-to-day visuals with provided art direction. For more advanced design needs, you would be expected to brief the design team effectively. You would have access to clear guidelines, strategies, and support, with our Senior Strategist available to assist you whenever needed.
Additionally, you would handle some client communication, acting as their point of contact for the content you are producing. Though this isn’t a sales or account management role, we need someone who can confidently manage client requests and support their daily content needs.
