Open until - September 22, 2024

Work arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Remote

We are looking for a data-driven and ambitious team member to join our Luppa team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. Our best fit would be someone with start-up experience, strong digital skills, who is ready to drive the business growth of Luppa.

About the team and the job

Luppa is a product-based company created by Degordian — a digital-first agency that helps businesses advance to the next level.

Luppa is a digital tool designed for organizations that wish to gather valuable data on employee satisfaction and engagement, aiming to better understand their employees’ needs, reduce turnover, and detect potential pain points in a timely manner. We’re a product-based IT company seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to help us collect new leads through various digital channels and expand our market presence. To support our continued growth, we’ve decided to expand our core team.

If we were to describe Luppa’s workplace environment in a nutshell, it would be “like a startup,” with a team that is highly motivated and driven by the vision to create one of the best employee satisfaction and engagement tools on the market.

Our core team currently consists of a Business Development Manager, an Account Manager with the main responsibility of converting SQLs to clients, a Customer Success Manager and a Content Creator. Our development team is working on the product itself and is constantly upgrading it. We have additional support of our sister company Degordian for performance marketing and outreach activities.

Luppa is one of the fastest growing startups in the region with a proven product-market fit as well as very strong SaaS metrics (very low monthly churn rate (1.04%), very strong LTV/CAC ratio 8.33, and very strong QoQ growth (30+%)). With the mission to expand this fast growth, our current focus is acquisition of new leads/SQLs. Until now, we were experimenting with paid channels, outreach activities and just starting to work with inbound activities. We believe we are at the beginning stages for all these channels and have a ton of experimenting, measuring and building to do. Because of this, we are searching for new team member who would be owning demand generation activities with the main goal of increasing the number of SQL leads.

For this position the ideal candidate is ambitious, ready to grow and take ownership. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is ready to test, adapt and explore and is always curious to learn new things.

The work arrangements we offer for this position are: Full-time employment or Part-time employment, depending on your preferences.

Also, the work location models that we offer for this position are On-site, Hybrid, or Remote. Learn more about these models here.

Our employee satisfaction results

As cliché as it sounds, people truly matter here. We really do try hard to give people a reason to stay at the company, to provide them chances to develop into better experts and better people, feeling satisfied with their work. In short, we want to foster a healthy company culture with loyal, engaged employees rather than cogs in the wheel.

We are a six-time recipient of the Best Employer award based on a nationwide employee survey, so it seems like the effort pays off.

To identify room for growth, we used our Luppa tool for tracking and analysing employee satisfaction and engagement, a product that helps HR and leadership make better, informed decisions. We also like to be transparent, so we publicly showed what it’s like to work at the Degordian Group. If you want to see how satisfied our employees are, check out this link!
